Our Lock & Key events remove all of that awkwardness because they are designed to get everyone there to meet! And they work.
All of the women get a lock, and all of the men get a key. Spend as much or as little time with each person as you see if unlock. If you don't, no problem, keep talking or move on to the next friendly face. If you do unlock, both of you go get a raffle ticket for a prize at the end of the event.
