LockAndKeyEvents.Com (“LNK”, “Us”, “We” and “Its”) and the services it provides to Participants, Mailing List Subscribers and Web Site Users (hereinafter collectively referred to as its “Users”, “You” and “Your”) organizes “ice-breaker” events for networking and to facilitate introductions of single people.
This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between You and LNK. By using the LockAndKeyEvents.Com Web site, joining its mailing list(s) or participating in Its events, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree, then you may not Use the LNK Web site, join its mailings list(s) nor participate in its Events. At any time, this Agreement is subject to change by LNK.

Users must be 18 years or older. Any and all information User provides to LNK will be true, complete and correct in all aspects and material information will not be omitted. Furthermore, User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LNK, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Event Organizers, agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with any and all of the services that LNK provides or claims to provide as well as communications or meetings that You arrange on Your own volition and on Your own time with others who have participated in one of LNK’s Events. Further, You agree not to initiate any claim whatsoever against LNK as a result of any of Our social gatherings or other activities and You affirm that You take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

LockAndKeyEvents.Com reserves the right to reject any User’s registration, RSVP and may reject admission to any of Its events for any reason whatsoever, or if registration has been effectuated, refund User’s registration fee in full and prevent User from participating in any of Its Events.

By completing the registration process for one of Its events, User hereby agrees to pay the Admission Fee charge shown on the payment page of the LNK Web site and further affirms that User will not “chargeback” or otherwise dispute the Fee for any reason whatsoever. If there is a dispute regarding payment or the services provided by lockandkeyevents.com, User agrees to expeditiously contact LNK to resolve the said dispute before escalating the dispute to User’s credit card company.

User agrees to not solicit, advertise or market any products or services whatsoever to any participant of any of Its Events.

User agrees that should User participate in one of our Lock and Key Events, User will return any and all hardware provided to User to LNK at the end of the Event.

User agrees that should User participate in one of our Lock and Key Events, You hereby grant to us the right to use your likeness and/or pictures on our website, advertising materials and the like.

LockAndKeyEvents.Com owns and retains all proprietary rights in all services offered by LNK including any and all content on the LockAndKeyEvents.Com Web site and paper materials provided at LNK Events. The term and phrase “LockAndKeyEvents.Com” is a trademark of LockAndKeyEvents.Com.
By attending or registering for our Lock and Key Events, you agree that you are doing so in good faith and not with the intention of operating similar events as competition. Should you do so, by attending our events and subsequently creating a similar event concept or close to it, copying of our Lock and Key Event concept within 2 years of attending one of our Lock and Key Events (and/or using the Lock and Key name, which is a registered Federal Trademark that we, as a company, aggressively enforce as our Intellectual Property), you hereby agree to pay to us a sum of $10,000 USD as a penalty.
